Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging, with all tags intact

  • Free from damage, stains, or alterations not caused by us

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (such as personal use or customized items). These will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed in cash only, since we do not support online or bank transfers. Our representative will arrange for the cash refund according to the agreed process during your return confirmation.

Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchange Policy

If you prefer, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and pictures of the product if possible.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process, including pickup or drop-off instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
