Welcome to Hugo Quilt. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message with details of your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect details, product unavailability, or unavoidable circumstances.

Payment

We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the method of payment. This means you are required to pay in cash when your order is delivered. No advance payments, credit card transactions, or online transfers are accepted.

Delivery

We deliver worldwide through trusted courier partners. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier or customs processes.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds are processed in cash only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days. For eligible orders, an exchange may also be offered if stock is available.

  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to pay and receive the order.

  • Contact us promptly if you notice any issue with your order.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and reliable services. However, Hugo Quilt will not be held liable for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance.

  • Minor variations in product color, size, or design due to display differences.

  • Losses or damages caused by misuse of our products.
